I posted this pen on eBay and it sold for $0.99. While for a short time I did have dreams of it selling for thousands these dreams proved to be as realistic as Thompson’s Presidential hopes. I did find some irony in that the day I was packing it up to be sent out Thompson dropped out of the race.

You are bidding on one standard nontoxic metallic silver Sharpie pen used by former Senator, Law & Order star, and current Republican Presidential candidate Fred Thompson used to sign an autograph for my girlfriend. The Sharpie was used only this once!

This pen may still have Fred Thompson’s fingerprints or DNA on the surface of this pen. Unfortunately if you attempt to Clone Your Own Presidential Candidate!™ you will mostly likely fail miserably or end up with a hybrid of me and Republican Presidential candidate Fred Thompson. This would be one messed up Evil Mad Scientist experiment.
